Babies love being around babies! At 60, I'm delighting in an active role helping to raise my bright, happy grandbaby. Both my seven month-old grandson and I would enjoy the company of others. I'd particularly like to meet grandparents who appreciate the privilege, intellectual excitement and joy of helping a young person develop.

With a 2 year old, it is both hard to be reliable and hard to be spontaneous. The purpose of this group is for any member to suggest a meetup, basically a playdate, and hopefully you will attract other members with same age kids in your area. Lifelong friends are great. School is a few years away. Lots of play and lots of fun is the idea. Anyone with at least 1 2009 born child should join. Everyone needs to post playdate suggestions as often as possible, to make this maximum fun.

It's different the second time around, isn't it? You've been there, but you didn't realize how much more exhausted you are, especially if your kids are closely spaced. If this sounds like you, please join! This group will meet for playdates (at our homes or local parks).
